Public Hearing Walmart
The Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing at Hartwell Business Park, 127 Hartwell Street, West Boylston, Massachusetts, on Tuesday, October 30, 2012 at 7:15 p.m. to act on the petition of Boylston Acquisition Limited, c/o S.R. Weiner Associates, 1330 Boylston Street, Chestnut Hill, MA 02469, requesting an amendment to Special Permit, under Section 3.2, F-20 to allow Walmart, at 137 West Boylston Street to open for business at 12:01 a.m. on the Friday after Thanksgiving on an annual basis. Walmart now opens at 5:00 a.m.. Record title stands in the name of Boylston Acquisition Limited. A copy of the petition is on file in the Office of the Town Clerk, 127 Hartwell Street. All interested parties are invited to attend the hearing.
